Everyone loves the transition from spring gloom into sunny days, but sometimes its hard to remember some things you need to do in warm weather in order to stay happy and healthy! Here are some helpful reminders:
1. Sunscreen
You don't need to lather your body head-to-toe with sunscreen everyday, but incorporating sunscreen into your morning routine is always a good idea. At least putting a lightweight sunscreen on your face and shoulders will help you from areas vulnerable to burns.
2. Hydrate
Remembering to drink a lot of water during hot days is not only important for your health, but also can effect how lethargic or run down you can feel when its hot out.
3. Stay active
While it can be tempting to just lay out all day and soak up the sun, doing outdoor exercise or enjoying the cool gym is always a good idea to break up the tanning time.
