As the approach of fall is coming, the daunting thought of heavy schoolwork goes hand in hand. However, along with the extreme anxiety that school offers, Autumn offers beautiful, cool weather, cardigans, and warm chai tea lattes.
This year, I'm in my senior year, and Lord, I am more nervous than anything to complete the school year with a bang, and to enter my dream college. I'm hoping positive thinking will get me through until January 15th, both my 18th birthday and admission deadlines. Most of my classes are amazing, my English SUPA class definitely takes off some of the weight the admissions essay presents. This year, I plan to get out of my shell even more to present the world me, shamelessly. With my longterm goal being to become an anesthesiologist, my short term goal is to get my driver's license. Past years show that it won't start to snow until late into the winter, so driving lessons are in waiting.
As to what I'm anticipating, not too much, mabe a few adventures while it's still cool out. I really want to go to a pumpkin patch for a date and carve little faces on the orange plant. Along with making food with the sticky insides of the pumpkin. I'm looking forward to another year of learning and broadening my knowledge of the world I'm surrounded by. I also got a kitten. I wanted to name her Pumpkin, but Nu just kind of stuck, but I'm excited to see my baby grow up.
There's not much to be too negative about, all I ask is for Autumn to treat me kindly.
