Heaven Sent
Daquan Felton

This poem is dedicated to all the warriors that won the battle! Death is not the end that's the thing people need to snap out of! We're heaven sent gifted we are truly! Crescent Moonsz will shine even when our times are gloomy! "Heaven Sent" two words that describe warriors fully! To family and friends, of course, you miss them! But just know where they located the crescent moonsz are developed to fulls! And they are sitting by the side of God waiting to serve the most high! Angels giving them fives telling them that it's alright! Our heavenly father gave all the warriors the spirit to fight! That's why we go so long in rounds! As we get older a new round is born! In the good book no more worrying of pain! A tear shall not be named! The sickness will be over It'll feel like life was all a game. So for now while you living your life just try to stay true to the light follow the dream in sight! No more foul treatment to the doc's & nurses who ain't nice! I can't wait to see each and every one of you warriors at the gate of heaven smiling while I'm sensing no pain being present! Life is just a lesson God is the Instructor! The Devil is the tester! learn to manage pain off trial and error! Can you imagine the day when your body won't have any aches? Can go out and play without getting winded! Can complete school with every day you counted present! The Only cure to sickle cell is death and you know it! So amen to the fact a young warrior died what God say? absent from the body present with Christ! please keep that in mind; yeah I'm black superman and my kryptonite is when warriors gain wings and catch that flight to heaven gates one-way trip; to the warrior living on earth encourage your sisters and brothers! The whole community are heaven sent angels! Delivering the message from father God's planner! gave us talents so you and I can be blessings to one another! And when we lose warriors we should definitely weep a little! And just know they are home! And God saying job well done!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
