Sometimes, it’s flowers and chocolate

Sweet

Butterflies fluttering

Hidden smiles and shy waves

Wandering eyes.

Sometimes, it’s hugs and kisses

Discreet

Stuttering lips and fleeting looks

Darker than underground caves, yet

Prettier than clear blue skies.

Sometimes, it’s heaven and bliss

Heat

Rising to my cheeks

Closer and closer you get

Until I close my eyes.

But.

Sometimes, it’s hurt and pain

A feat

To get through the weeks

Memories of when we met

The lows and highs.

Sometimes, it’s unbearable and insufferable

Sleet

And snow on a sunny day

Beating down on me

Till it renders me unable.

Sometimes, it’s too much and too hard

Bleak

It will get better is what everyone says

But I am drowning in the sea

Unstable.

I cannot live without you

I cannot try

I cannot

I cannot go another day so

I will join you in your heaven and bliss.

6. When you have a perfectly planned out schedule, and one class ruins it.

7. Carefully moving things around to accommodate a different class/section.

8. Waking up at 6:00 a.m. for your enrollment time.

9. Concocting a new schedule at your enrollment time after your original plan gets changed.

10. Getting into a class and filling the last available seat.

11. When all of your classes finally go through.

12. Realizing that you forgot a class that was a pre-requisite for everything else.
