I'm a huge foodie and an avid snacker. Here are my fave snacks!
1. Veggies + Hummus
This is the raw go-to health snack. There are so many flavors of hummus nowadays the possibilities to branch out are endless. Also the volume ratio for this snack is impressive.
2. Fruits
The strategy to this is stock up in the dining hall. I'd always swipe a few apples each time I went through the dining hall so I could snack later ;)
3. Popcorn
Brands like Smartfood and Skinnypop have lines of popcorn that are deemed ~healthier~ and taste pretty dang good. If you love popcorn check these ones out!
4. Peanut butter/almond butter
A spoonful of PB is the way to my heart. So good. So fulfilling. So perfect. Mix this with bananas (or dark choco) for an even wilder experience.
5. Protein bars
If you aren't a fan of protein bars, try the brand One bar or Powercrunch bars. They have more flavor than the traditional kind!
6. Dark chocolate
I'm a huge dark chocolate gal. Especially if it's the sea salt kind. Add caramel and then I'll really swoon.
7. Applesauce
This one is just kinda fun. Buy the Go-go squeeze packets for on-the-go transport.
8. Goldfish
The snack that smiles back is pretty healthy! And very affordable, which us college kids love.
9. Pretzels
This salty snack is the perfect midday break.
10. Jerky
Random kinda, but super fulfilling if you're feeling super hungry.
