It can be difficult to make your own homemade snacks, so opting for packaged snacks can be much faster and more efficient during the week. However, it can be a challenge to find packaged snacks that have healthy ingredients and still taste delicious. This is because many of these pre-packaged snacks are loaded with added sugar and ingredients that are not beneficial or nutritional.

Now, in the 21st century, the food market has so many new and inventive healthy snacks that no one should not be able to find a healthy and delicious packaged snack.

The ones I have listed below are healthy and delicious and will satisfy whatever you are craving whether it be something salty or sweet.

Sweet Snacks:

1. Justin’s Nut Butter:

Little serving size packages of different flavored nut butters to spread on top of fruit or crackers! These will for sure satisfy that sweet tooth.

2. Lara Bars:

With only a few ingredients & no additives, these bars come in a few different delicious flavors from mint chocolate to cherry pie, to satisfy whatever you might be craving!

3. RX Bars:
Another great bar option that is made with egg whites and filled with protein to leave you feeling full!

4. Purely Elizabeth Granola:

Perfect to sprinkle on top of yogurt or just to enjoy by itself! It comes in a variety of delicious flavors and instead of sugar, it is made with coconut sugar, which is a much healthier alternative.

5. Endangered Species Dark Chocolate:

Because we all need a little bit of chocolate every day! This chocolate has just a few ingredients and is made up of more than 70% cocoa, which is filled with antioxidants and is proven to boost your mood!

Salty Snacks:

1. Rhythm Superfoods Beet Chips:

Hearty, salty, and the best chip to dive into a bowl of hummus with!

2. Boom-Chicka-Pop:

This popcorn is light, crunchy, and is just the something salty you need.

3. Mary Gone Crackers:

These crackers are made out of seeds & superfoods, and they are crunchy, savory, and extra delicious!

4. Late July Chips:

A healthy tortilla chip, some might say, it is delicious and the best pair with salsa!

5. Saffron Road Crunchy Chickpeas:

Crunchy, salty, and delicious. What more could you want? A mix between popcorn and a bean, these chickpeas will satisfy your salty craving and give you some added protein!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
