It is the best dip for fresh veggies or crispy pita chips. The mix of chickpeas, tahini, and garlic is delicious, healthy, and actually quite easy to make.
All you have to do is blend together chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper, and you have your very own homemade hummus. You can even add in optional ingredients like avocado or beets to give your hummus a twist.

1. Classic Hummus:
Ingredients:
1 can of Chickpeas
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 tablespoon Tahini
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1/4 cup Water
Instructions:
1) Put all your ingredients to a food pressor and blend!

2. Avocado Hummus:
Ingredients:
1 can of Chickpeas
2 Avocados
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 tablespoon Tahini
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1/4 cup Water

3. Beet Hummus:
Ingredients:

1 cup Beets roasted
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 tablespoon Tahini
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1/4 cup Water
