Below I have 4 super easy Energy Ball recipes. They are all easy to make, nutrient-rich, and absolutely delicious. So, make Cookie Dough Balls whenever you need something chocolatey, Peanut-Butter Balls whenever you want something satisfying and full of protein, or make Lemon Coconut Balls when you need something sweet and refreshing.

Recipes:

1. Peanut-Butter Energy Balls:

Ingredients:

1 Cup Oats

2/3 Cup Creamy Peanut-Butter

2 Tbsp honey

1/2 Cup semi-sweet dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

1) Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the nuts are well mixed together. You want to try and get a “dough” consistency. If the ingredients are not mixing well together you can add water or almond milk to the mixture to make it easier to form into balls.

2) After the ingredients are mixed well, start forming the dough into little energy balls. And store the balls in the fridge.

3) Enjoy!

*The instructions are the same for all of the different recipes!

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?
