Energy Balls are the perfect snack to throw in your handbag, they are the perfect healthy snack, or perfect to satisfy a sweet tooth. Whether you are craving something sweet, indulgent, zesty, satisfying, or fruity, these energy balls will satisfy whatever your craving might be.

Below I have 4 super easy Energy Ball recipes. They are all easy to make, nutrient-rich, and absolutely delicious. So, make Cookie Dough Balls whenever you need something chocolatey, Peanut-Butter Balls whenever you want something satisfying and full of protein, or make Lemon Coconut Balls when you need something sweet and refreshing.

Recipes:

1. Peanut-Butter Energy Balls:

Ingredients:

1 Cup Oats

2/3 Cup Creamy Peanut-Butter

2 Tbsp honey

1/2 Cup semi-sweet dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

1) Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the nuts are well mixed together. You want to try and get a “dough” consistency. If the ingredients are not mixing well together you can add water or almond milk to the mixture to make it easier to form into balls.

2) After the ingredients are mixed well, start forming the dough into little energy balls. And store the balls in the fridge.

3) Enjoy!

*The instructions are the same for all of the different recipes!

2. Lemon Coconut Energy Balls:

Ingredients:

1 Cup Oats

morethanwheels

I've been in college for four years now. I spent half my time as a commuter and half as a resident so I've experienced both sides of the housing spectrum. This is a list of some of the most challenging aspects of being a commuter.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
