1. Skip the soda and juice.

2. Get enough sleep.
GiphyDuring this point in the school year, it can be extremely hard to get the amount of sleep your body needs every night. But, this takes a toll on your body. Going to bed early will help you to be more productive throughout the day.
3. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies.
Yes, sometimes fruits and vegetables just sound down right gross. But try some new ones this year, you'd be surprised that some veggies actually do taste pretty darn good.
4. Exercise
Exercising won't only make you feel better physically, but mentally as well! Why not kill two birds with one stone?
5. Love yourself.
