I feel his touch, it calms me
As I realize I’m no longer a child.
My spine and limbs feel tingles
And I know there’s nothing I should fear.
I hear him whisper to my heart
And I choose a new path to take.
My spirit lifts as I find peace and joy.
This happiness with others I want to share.
I see it as truth when I’m told I’m not alone
For he watches over me each day.
My life, I owe it all to him because
It was for me the cross he did bear.
I know my prayers he’s always heard
And he answers each, so I pray:
May the future generation feel, hear, see and know
that forever our God in Heaven is there.
