Have You Seen This Guy?!

Well, look at him!

Okay, so, if you haven't met this guy already, this is Logan Hobbs.

He's a pretty cool guy. We only became friends very recently, but I love this dude. He's just got that face, y'know?

Now, not only is he great, he's also talented. Look at him holding this guitar:

He also wrote this poem about yours truly, and even though he spelled my name wrong, it's still pretty cool:

Well, you may not know this, but he's also a really good friend. Once over winter break, when we went hiking, I lost my keys in the woods, but I didn't realize this until 9 p.m. when I was planning on driving home, which was an hour and a half away. He and my other cool friend, Max, went looking for my keys in the wilderness. Due to a recent ankle injury, I could not participate; darkness and clumsiness do not mix well! Thankfully they found my keys. Here's a picture of us in the woods before I realized I had lost my keys:

When the first snow hit at Eureka College, a group of us decided to build a snow man. Soon, the snowman turned into a snowdong, which is pretty manly too, I guess. Logan got this picture printed for all of us, including the photographer:

When Logan joined the Ultimate Frisbee group we have on campus, it didn't take long for it him to turn into one the core members of the group. (It's because he's really good). Also, he took this picture:

And this is his team after playing mud Frisbee:

I'm pretty sure he's related to the Elf character, Walter Hobbs. I've asked Logan before, but I think he's lying when he says no.

This is my favorite picture of Logan:

Wait, maybe it's this one:

Or is it this one?

Nevertheless, I love this kid, and he's one of my best friends. I'm so happy he tolerates me. He never disappoints.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

The holiday season is full of stress, debt, and forced conversation. While we rush through the month of December, it's important to take a step back and enjoy the moments before they're gone. I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
