Since it’s the holiday season, many associate this time of the year with gift giving. However, often these well-intentioned gifts eventually lead to more stress or grief. Having memories is the best method to happiness, because the gifts you receive may make you happy in a moment or a point in time, but memories last a lifetime. The moments you share with your loved ones and family should be cherished. Therefore, it is imperative that we take every opportunity to bond with our family and make the most the holidays.

As we get older, our Christmas list becomes smaller and we find out that the things we really want cannot be bought. While receiving, and giving gifts is fun and exhilarating, the truth is having real memories and quality time spend with your family and loved ones are the best part about the holidays.
