Have You Binged Yet?

Christmas break has come to an end, and syllabus week is upon us. You are back to school and bored as ever. Well guess what? It's time to binge. In case you haven't done yourself a favor and purchased a Netflix account, get that holiday money ready and make the investment. But truly, if you are a college student and you don't have a Netflix account, I might need to ask for your student ID for proof. Here is a list of 5 shows on Netflix that if you haven't already watched, you need to before you finish this semester.

1. Friends

This is a classic. Truly, if you have not seen a single episode of friends, then I refuse to believe you existed in the 2000s. This show is about 6 young adults experiencing life on their own in Manhattan. It's a great mix of comedy and is also very relatable. It's great to watch if you need a good break from your regular TV shows, but I can almost promise you it will become a regular.

2.Grey's Anatomy

This show is a medical drama that displays the lives of young interns who are practicing to become surgeons. When I say drama, I mean drama. You are guaranteed to be locked in after the first episode. It is a series full of cliff hangers and fun. It's one you do not want to miss out on.

3. The Office

If you have not watched this show, you have not lived. If you are looking for a show that will guarantee a solid belly laugh every episode, then this is the show for you. Every character is so diverse and has his or her own sense of humor that will keep you giggling for days.

4. House of Cards

Drama, Drama, Drama, llama. This drama series is one that will keep you on the edge of your seat. A congressman and his wife work to pay revenge to those who have crossed him and will do anything to do so. If you are looking for something a little more intense, this is the show for you.

5. Orange is the New Black

This show is easily one of the most interesting and well written shows I have ever seen. This series is based off an actual novel about a middle class white woman who has to do prison time for a crime she committed in her early twenties, before she got her life together and settled down with her husband. The show goes through her journey through prison along with the other women with her. If you are looking for an interesting show that has a comic touch to it, this is the show for you.
