You want your GPA to be above gas prices. You want to take a nap. You want to cry. You want to make that C in chem an A. You want a large, stuffed pizza all to yourself. You’ve worked hard. You deserve a break. Your professors don’t think so, but you do. Alas, you’ve been assigned thirty-eight papers due in two weeks and have midterms (which may as well just be called “weekly exams”) every day for the next eighteen days. It is frustrating. It is tiring. It is the home stretch. Let's ride, boys.

1. Just when you think “t God, no more new stuff to learn” your professor hits you with a new lesson that will, in fact, be on the final exam.

2. When all you want is to take a nap.

3. When you think you know everything that’s going to be on the final but then get the study guide and realize that is not the case.

4. When dropping out suddenly seems like an option.

5. When you want to go home but don’t think you can handle a whole three months with your siblings.

6. When you realize you have to move out of your dorm and stop living with your new best friends :’(

7. When you realize you only have four weeks to try and save your GPA.

8. And when you try you realize you just cannot do it.

9. When you see snapchats and instagrams of your friends who are already on summer vacation.

10. When you suddenly finding yourself eating anything and everything in sight even though you SWORE you were going to work on your #beachbod

11. When you look at the social events going on and try to go to all of them because pretty soon you’re going to have to wait a whole summer to that frat but then you realize ain’t nobody got time fo dat.

12. When all-nighters and, consequently, coffee, become your new best friends.

13. When you start packing your things and all you have left is something you’d never be caught dead in.

14. When you desperately look for that extra credit15. And then realize there is none.

15. When you get to the final and look at the first question and swear that you've never heard of anything like this.

16. When finals are over and you’ve got mixed feelings about another year of college being over.

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
