A recent rewatch of the Harry Potter series, reminded me of all the reasons I love the Harry Potter series. In summary, it is a boy wizard that takes seven books to kill an evil wizard. But upon a closer look, the series tackles so many life lessons.

There will be spoilers. (here is your warning)

1. NEVER judge a book by its cover.

The most misjudged character of all time: Severus Snape. I went through the entire series making assumptions about his character

2. "Always" - Severus Snape

3. Knowledge isn't everything.

4."It is our choices that show us what we truly are, far more than our abilities" - Dumbledore

5. EQUALITY.
