A recent rewatch of the Harry Potter series, reminded me of all the reasons I love the Harry Potter series. In summary, it is a boy wizard that takes seven books to kill an evil wizard. But upon a closer look, the series tackles so many life lessons.
There will be spoilers. (here is your warning)
1. NEVER judge a book by its cover.
The most misjudged character of all time: Severus Snape. I went through the entire series making assumptions about his character
2. "Always" - Severus Snape
3. Knowledge isn't everything.
4."It is our choices that show us what we truly are, far more than our abilities" - Dumbledore
5. EQUALITY.
6. "The world isn't split between good people and death eaters. We all have both light and dark inside of us. What matter is the part we choose to act on. That's who we really are." -Sirius Black
7. "Fear of a name only increases fear of the thing itself." - Hermione Granger
