If you look back to the 1970s, it will never compare to today. Not much technology, social media, or different types of music. A whole different world which, in my opinion, sucks.
We were listening to old music in my English class one day and my teacher said something that kept me for a while. She said, "If you were asked to dance to this song, it meant something special."
I can't remember the last time I ever went to an event where there wasn't music that made people turn into total freaks and dance up all over each other. But in a weird way.
The reason why I think it is hard to be in a serious relationship is that if your significant other were to go out to the club or a party, more than 90% of the time someone will try and grind up on him/her, and try and make them give something back.
Now listen, most people will say, "Just trust them, they will tell them to go away." In some situations you're right, but I do trust them. It's others I don't trust.
Girls, don't take this offensively, but some of you either don't care that someone is taken or you don't understand the word "no". People put their all into some of these relationships; their trust, feelings, their whole entire heart.
You can't take that away from someone. Some chicks will go crazy, and karma will definitely come your way.
Girls, just don't be dirty.
This century is something else. Music you hear nowadays is all about cheating, sex, drugs, and drinking. Now that is not all genres. In my opinion, country music is the closest thing to normal we have, along with pop.
It's sad to see all the music about love, marriage, and finding the one go away and change into this thing that honestly can't be described.
All I'm saying is, having a look back in the era our parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents grew up in sucks because the things I would do to bring it back is insane.
To be able to go out dancing instead of clubbing, to knock on someone's door instead of texting, to believe that love will actually last instead of getting cheated on.
In reality, I just want a carefree world.
