Being a college student means coping with many struggles: Education, socialization, economics, etc. However, if you look at the positive side, college is a fun place to be where every little matter could be a fun thing. The following is a list of 20 things you could not do in high school and could never think of. Embrace your four years at college.

1. Wearing the same clothes to class five days in a row.

Laundry costs time, money and effort, so why not? Unless you are going out, or intending to impress someone. Plus no one will notice.

2. Or dressing in very funky outfits.

Or whatever you feel comfy with. Just be yourself!

3. Getting totally lost on campus, or in just one building.

Because the campus is huge and in some buildings room numbers don’t go in any order.

4. Not going to any lectures and still passing the exams.

Only if you are good at self-teaching.

5. Walking calmly to class even when you're late.

And having no tardiness.

6. Walking out in the middle of the lecture.

It’s a legit thing, but not recommended.

7. Having completely no class on one particular day of every week.

8. Being on the street at 3 a.m.

Because there's no dorm moms or parents to conduct you. But just be careful!

9. Or not even coming back to the room at night.

No more room bells. No more lights out.

10. Telling your roommate you need a room for the night to "do homework.”

...aka having someone over.

11. Going to party where you don't know a single person, but are still having fun.

12. Having some “fun” not only on weekends but also weekdays.

If you know what I mean.

13. Establishing any random club and being the president.

It could be a Noodles club for those broke college students who eat Noodles to survive hunger in the middle of the night because Domino's and Wings over are too expensive.

14. Possessing library computers for hours to game with your gang.

Because the computers are better there

15. Getting tons of free T-shirts and cool stuff at every school event

16. Not cleaning your room and living with a bunch of mess.

Because there is no more daily room inspection.

17. Eating alone in the dining hall and still not appearing as a loner.

Because all your mates have different class schedules and the chance that people who are eating around you know who you are is very small.

18. Staying in the school dining hall all day if you want.

Who says it isn't fun to eat and work at the same time?

19. Sneaking a pile of cookies from the dining hall.

And having no one to stop you at the exit just because you take two slices of bread.

20. Hanging out with a professor outside of class.

Because some of them are very cool and fun to hang out with.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. All we can do is hunker down with our books, order some Dominos, and pray that it will all be over soon. Luckily, we are not alone in this suffering. To prove it, here are just a few of the many deranged thoughts that go through a college student's mind during finals week.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
