Weather It’s the media going haywire over Hillary’s health, or about what the next thing Trump is going to say about the wall he plans to build, anything happening with both our candidates this election season ends up being the top story in tomorrow's news. With all of this sensationalism in politics now, it gets harder to find out what is really going on, but not impossible. Here is a synopsis of what Hillary and trump have been up to this past month
What has been going on with Hillary Clinton?
This past month hasn’t been looking particularly the best for Hillary, but regardless of it all, she is still ahead in the Polls, even if it is by a smaller margin. Trump and his antics for the most part, have been kept out of the media, Hillary and her with her Email scandal as well as her health replacing it all. As new evidence about the scandal appears and as more politicians call her out on it all enthusiasm for her campaign dwindles. As for her health, after last weekend her attack of pneumonia made headline page news, making some question whether she will last a presidency if put in office. As we have seen though popularity increases and decreases quickly in campaigns so anything is possible.
What has been going on with Donald Trump
This month the polls have been in favor have been in favor of Donald Trump, showing him ahead in the game. A month earlier Clinton had a 9-point lead over Trump, but over time it has been narrowing. Some say it’s because Trump has made some changes in the way he addresses the press, one of which is starting to spend money on champagne adds, another is him keeping out of high profile conflicts. I't's been a while since he has landed on the front page news for saying something outrageous. Overall this it’s been a good month for him but anything can happen between now and November.
Overall this is how they are both doing now but for total support neither of the politicians are favored. Both candidates are widely disliked by the majority of registered voters, but negative views toward Trump come out to be slightly higher than those toward Clinton, 61 to 56 percent, respectively.
