Kanye West, 39, a successful rapper, producer, and fashion designer was hospitalized recently due to exhaustion.
Earlier this week, West abruptly canceled the remainder of his Life of Pablotour, arguably my favorite album of the year thus far. Shortly after, West admitted himself to UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, making it clear that his health was stable. Currently, he is being treated for exhaustion
This whole situation started when Kanye tweeted his support for Donald Trump. During one of his concerts in the "Life of Pablo" tour, West stopped several times in between songs to rant about his support for the President-elect Donald Trump and his debate style. This action suffered serious backlash, creating a huge wave of disappointed and furious Yeezy fans.
These last couple of days have been tough on Kanye. Upsetting half your fanbase is no joke; a mental breakdown soon became the inevitable.
In general, even without this controversy about his comments on Trump, November is a tough month for Kanye. November 7th, 2007, his mother died in her home after undergoing plastic surgery. Trying to mourn with the media up his a** has proven very stressful, as you can tell with his emergency call to the hospital.
During his last concert on the tour, Kanye only performed 3 songs and ranted for the remainder of the time. He sounded frustrated like he thinks no one is there to support his views.
As expected, Kanye couldn't handle anymore. After the backlash and controversy going on during this month, he needed a break.
In my opinion, being a celebrity is no easy task. Although they all live lavish and have money, it can't buy happiness. I'm sure you've heard this from your parents, but it's true. Money and fame doesn't guarantee happiness. Kanye and every other celebrity is human like me and you, meaning they have emotion and need a break once in awhile, especially from media, which could influence the perspective of millions.
I'm not mad a Kanye. He has his opinions, and I think everyone should respect that. I think all his fans should support him, especially this month, which it burdens his mind.
I pray for his well-being and hope he finds a way out of this tough obstacle in his life.
