"I usually find it helpful to go for a drive or take a really long shower or bath. Both with music!"

"I try to think of something i can see, hear, touch, taste and feel. It makes me feel in control of my surroundings and it calms me down"

"Breathing techniques for panic attacks. And thinking about all the positive things happening and blocking out the negative"

"Workout, eat healthy, drink lots of water! Make lists to help you focus on each day, not always the whole future. Call a friend or family member to calm down. Do something you love each day. Take a break when you are most stressed."

"Weighted blankets are very calming. They stimulate serotonin production. It's like a really good hug but all over and they also promote better sleep!"

"Make lists of what you have to do. It helps me to see clearly and makes my mind feel not as jumbled. Talking to people helps too. Anything that gives you a feeling of comfort"

"I have a mediation app (iPhone) and it helps me a lot. It's called Simple Habit and it's free in the App Store"
