I love Hallmark movies, especially at Christmas. I know that they are cheesy and you can usually predict the ending, but that's half the fun- knowing that it will end just like wish! Between cramming for exams and packing up before the break, you need some time to relax and drink hot cocoa while you watch a Hallmark Christmas movies. A few of my favorites (both old and new) are
1. The Christmas Card
The scenery is snowy perfection and the characters are hard not to love. This sweet story is both romantic and charming. It's my favorite holiday movie and so I have to limit how many times I will watch it before the 25th.
2. The Most Wonderful Time of the Year
The acting is surprisingly really good in this Hallmark movie, I mean who doesn't love Henry Winkler and Brooke Burns? The mix of funny, sweet, and honest moments puts this movie on my must-watch list every year.
3. A December Bride
One of Hallmark's new movies, it shows the classic story of a fake boyfriend/ fiancé. But the male character is so sweet and easy to love that you'll easily get over the fact that you've seen this theme before.
4. Surprised by Love
Hilarie Burton traded in Chad Michael Murray for a new beau in this Hallmark movie. The story line is predictable, but it's nice to see Hilarie again.
5. Christmas Under Wraps
Candace Cameron-Bure stars in this movie, so who doesn't want to watch a movie about her romantic and career struggles in a beautiful and quaint town in Alaska?
6. Finding Father Christmas
A mix of love and theatre, this movie is charming and even has some mystery in it-- Hallmark level mystery, but still a nice change from the typical plot.
Hallmark Christmas movie watching is a hobby of mine and so these holiday movies truly make it the most wonderful time of the year.
