How To Create The Perfect Harmonious Vibrations in your Space

Having a perfect, harmonious space is great for your well-being. Such a space helps you avoid the mental issues affecting millions of people's anxiety, depression, worry, stress, e.t.c. In addition, you become a light to others which is a rich experience. So how do you create the perfect harmonious vibrations in your space?

Start with your home

Your home is your sacred space; therefore, you must fill it with good energy. You do this by starting with yourself. Practice positive thoughts, say positive words to yourself and others, give out love and compassion and only allow people with good energy to enter your home.

When you do these things over time, you will morph into higher, harmonious vibrations. Your surroundings will absorb those vibrations leading to a higher frequency sanctuary where you experience nothing but positive vibrations.

Your home and your body which houses your soul, are your sacred place. Your thoughts feed the vibrations in your home. Also, your words are the very fabric that creates the walls of your rooms, the floor, and all that is your space. You create the space with frequencies and vibrations that you allow and put into it.

Protect your space

It's important to protect your space from negative energy. My husband and I view our home as a sacred space. We have very few family gatherings and almost no social functions inside our home. We have a special place that we create for that.

You also need to protect your body. Besides feeding it with good nutrition, you must feed it with good vibrations. If you are around toxic environments full of stress and arguments, your body will pick that vibration up. Every cell of your body will be bathed with love or with hate; it is your choice.

Exercise Good Vibes

The lower vibration may influence even if your body and mind are attuned to only responding to high frequencies. As such, it's important to practice building your vibration muscle. The same way a bodybuilder goes to the gym to train their body, you must go to your sacred place to build a strong wall of good vibrations and frequency.

Going to the Temple or Church

Going to the temple or church helps you catch a glimpse of that high frequency and experience healing. The God, the Awakened One, the Holy Spirit, the very sacred idea you have in your mind, will help you reach that vibration.

Have you ever noticed that when you feel down, a walk to the temple or church immediately helps you feel lifted?

Practice allows you to build the same healing frequency in your home and body. It all starts in the mind. If you begin practicing being peaceful and practicing light, you will become the frequency and light of your home over time.

You yourself must do the work and not some guru or teacher. The masters are there to guide you, but by the end of the day, it's up to you to do the work.

To Conclude

The positive vibrations start with your thoughts and spread light and frequency to your mind, body, and your surroundings. Once you become intentional about creating positive vibrations, you'll always stay tuned into that frequency and have more peace in your life.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
