Most of us ladies fall into one of two categories: the girl with a ton of cool guy friends or the girl with a bunch of fun girl friends.

The boys will always be great. They will be the brother figures that we need to protect us from all the “bad boys” that we don’t, but will also add impossible complication when one of us falls for the other.

The bunches of girls will be fun as a crew, but will be the first to cause drama when there is a tiff in the group or a boy involved.

Your girls, though, the cream of the crop, they will be the ones who will be by your side forever.

When you all go away to school, you will talk to some every day, while you will slowly fall out of touch with others. As time passes, the conversations with those who you used to talk to every day will become few and far between.

It’s what happens next that will make all of the difference.

After months of hardly having time to text one another, you will talk on the phone for hours to catch up.

You will fill each other in on the latest boy drama, the newest friend updates, and your most recent excessive work load, thanks to the professors and employers that you just can’t stand.

You will take turns talking for 20 minutes at a time to get in all of the details, then cut each other off to interject your super relevant contribution. She’ll ask you detailed questions that require thorough answers, and you’ll go on until she has something significant to say or ask.

She’ll give advice only when requested, and remain silent with a supportive ear when necessary. Every word she breathes is thoughtful and relevant, letting you know that she is engaged in every word.

You will only see each other a few times during breaks, but you will make the most of every minute.

You will go for walks or sit on each others bed and talk for hours. You will schedule time to eat and work out because you know sitting and talking for that long is just not healthy. In fact, you will go on gym dates just to be able to keep up with your lifestyle while still managing to be with one another.

The two of you understand that you are both extremely busy being the amazing women that you are, and will never hold it against each other if you have to cancel plans or are unable to make time for each other. You never take it personally when weeks pass without even a word. You know that she will send a perfectly appropriate “I miss you” text when she is thinking of you, and you will do the same when you have a spare minute to let her know that you haven’t forgotten about her either.

School. Work. Distance. Life. Everything will get in the way. But your closest ladies, they will be there through everything.

They will be the ones who will know when to tell you what you want to hear, and when to give you the God’s honest truth when it’s what you need to hear.

They will push you to be the best you, and will never let you fall short. They will make sure that you are not falling into the wrong profession because it is easy, or falling for the wrong boys because you are blinded, because they know that you deserve the world.

These ladies will be the ones you call late at night when you need a good cry, but also the first ones to know about the greatest accomplishments in your life.

You will laugh harder together than you ever though possible, and will spend hours cackling on about things that only the two of you will understand. Wine nights will be your most common hang, and the occasional outing will give you both a chance to be each other’s wing women.

They will be there for every moment of your life, just when you need them, and will be the few who you will by your side at the drop of a dime.

Cherish the women in your life. They will be the ones who will take you through life. They will be the ones who will help you discover the truly amazing woman that you are.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
