5 Guilt-Free Sweet Treats

Being at home always makes me want to cook, or bake, or just plain old raid the fridge. I haven't had the opportunity yet to live in an apartment with an oven of its own, so I've had to bide my time to make the food I really want until I get home. Usually that food boils down to something full of sugar, butter and guilt -- not very fun. Here are some yummy, sweet recipes that won't make you feel like you need to lay down for the rest of the day -- perfect for any summer afternoon.

1. Clean and Fudgy Brownies

I mean, who doesn't like chocolate? Recipe here.

2. Lemon Bars

Tangy and sweet? Paleo and gluten free? Sign me up. Recipe here.

3. Thick and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

I'd definitely eat the gluten-free, dairy-free batter straight from the bowl. Recipe here.

4. Paleo Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Frosting

Have your gluten-free, dairy-free cake and eat it too. Recipe here.

5. Red Velvet Donuts

Dairy free and to die for. Recipe here.

Be right back, the oven calls.
