Growing Up With Siblings As Told By Sam And Dean Winchester

Growing up with brothers and sisters has both its pros and cons.

Most of the time, your siblings are your favorite people in the world.

But sometimes, you literally want to rip their heads off.

Despite your best judgement, your sibling can always convince you to do the craziest and sometimes stupidest things.

They also really bring out your weird side.

You share weird childhood memories.

They will always tell it like it is.

No one can make you laugh more.

And no one can ever make you more angry.

You never were known just as yourself, you were grouped with your siblings as the *Insert Last Name Here* girls/boys/kids.

You always hated it when your parents made you wear matching clothes.

You always knew how to tick each other off.

They always were so willing to help you.

There also was the petty name calling.

You had to come up with ways to solve these stupid arguments.

Sometimes, your siblings could just be really embarrassing too.

But, you always had each others backs when your parents got involved.

If you are the oldest, you always looked out for your younger siblings growing up. It was your duty, no matter how obnoxious they were at home.

But you maybe went a little overboard sometimes.

If you were the youngest, you always looking to get your older siblings in trouble.

Because obviously, the cute baby of the family never could do anything wrong.

Being the middle sibling and watching your other siblings was just unbelievable at times.

Of course, everyone always treated your older siblings more nicely once they turned 16 and could drive you places.

Oh and also when they turned 21, that was a great year.

Even though you are growing up, you still are your goofy selves when you are together.

Because let's face it, you are pretty dang weird.

Despite your quirks, you always will love each other more than anything.

The older you get, the more you realize that you need each other.

Tapping into those deeper emotions can be difficult.

But, you know you will be there for them, always.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
