Let's talk about group projects. We all have them, and we all hate them. There is always that one kid who doesn't do any work, and when he does it's mediocre at best. Professors tell us that group projects will prepare us for that big, scary place called "the real world," but I'm skeptical. Regardless, ABC's "Revenge" knows exactly how I feel every time I am assigned a new group project.
1. When you see a group project on the syllabus.
2. When there are more than three members to a group.
3. When your teacher says the whole group gets the same grade.
4. When you actually have a friend in your group.
5. When you have "that" kid assigned to your group.
6. When you finally get everyone in your group in the same place.
7. When a group member has a bad idea, but you pretend it's great.
8. When a group member asks you if you will do their part because they're "really busy."
9. When someone tries to present the project after they didn't do any work.
10. When a group member tries to be friends with you outside of class.
11. After you finish doing all the work.
12. When you're finally done for the semester.
