Grey's Moments We Will Never Recover From

Shonda Rimes is known for putting innocent doctors, interns, patients, and fans through the ringer when it comes to emotions. Almost every episode has one or more tear jerking scenes, but there will always be those moments stab you in the heart so hard, not even Christina Yang could fix it. We love to hate these episodes, but in reality, Grey's anatomy wouldn't be "Grey's Anatomy" without these moments.

1.The fairy boat crash

This was one of the first real disaster these doctor's had to face, so of course we were bound to cry at least a dozen times. We didn't even know (most of) these people were immortal yet.

2. Coach Taylor

If you haven't watch Friday Night Lights, then this death probably means nothing to you. Shonda decided to bring Coach Taylor (bomb squad captain) back into my life for two episodes before blowing him up. Thank God he came back as a ghost but still not enough...

3. Bailey's terminal patient

Miranda Bailey is an angel, but when she had to convince a father that his daughter was going to die, and proceeded to hold the dying child in her arms when he couldn't accept it, she went from angel to Saint.

4. Denny

He actually survived after Izzie risked her career and broke so many laws only to die, one hour after proposing to Izzie. So many tissues.

5. "Pick me, choose me, love me"

Dark and twisty Meredith FINALLY tells Derek she loves him in the most beautiful way possible and with this infamous quote, only for him to go back to Addison.

6. The Musical Episode

Sorry, but I personally would like to pretend this episode never happened.

7. Christina leaving

Still can't talk about it.

8. Dead Dads Club

George has to pull the plug on his own father, in front of his whole family. If that didn't make you sob uncontrollably, then Cristina welcoming him into the "Dead Dad's Club" probably did.

9. The shooting

Something about this episode has brought be back to it many, many times. I can basically recite everything that happens, in order, but I still get chills down my spine every time I re-watch it.

10. Mark and Lexie

The only thing more soul crushing then these two beautiful people dying, is the fact that they both knew that they loved each other, but they weren't together.

11. The elevator

George joining the army killed me. George writing "007" in Meredith's hand killed me. George dying shattered my existence. Izzie dying at the same time, going up the elevator to Grey's heaven and the doors open up to George in his uniform DESTROYED any chance of recovery.

12. Derek

Obviously, Derek's death would shatter my whole life into a million pieces, which is why I have decided to not watch this episode. He will forever be alive in my world.

6 Unrealistic Expectations Society Has For Young Adults

Don't let the thesaurus-inspired vocabularies in our résumés fool you. We're actually just big kids.

Well over four feet tall and 100 pounds in weight, many of us "young adults" of the world still consider ourselves children. Big, working, college-attending, beer-drinking children. We may live on our own, know how to cook noodles, and occasionally use a planner, but don't be fooled; the youthful tendencies that reside within us still make their way into our daily lives. From choosing to stay up until 3:00 a.m. playing video games on a school night to going out in 30 degree weather without a coat, we still make decisions that our parents and grandparents would shake their heads at in disappointment. So why are we expected to know exactly how to be a wise, professional, sensible adult? It's not that we're irresponsible (for the most part, anyway). It's that we are young, inexperienced, and still have the sought-after, enthusiastic mentality that we can do and be whatever we want, which has not yet been tarnished by the reality of the world. These are just a few of the unrealistic expectations that society has for young adults.

There are a lot of foods in this world, but there is only one dish that stands above the rest: Pizza. If you're close to me or at least know who I am, then you know that I'm totally obsessed with pizza. It's one of my favorite things to eat and I will NEVER turn down a slice, even if it doesn't have my favorite toppings. There isn't a day that goes by where I'm not thinking about pizza. I even sleep with a pizza pillow every night! There are many reasons why pizza stands above all other foods, and here are just a couple reasons why.
