It's a great day to feel emotional.

Grey's Anatomy Season 13 Premiere: An Emotional Rollercoaster

Emotions and reactions we all felt while watching Grey's Anatomy's 13th season premiere.

1. Amelia and Owen finally got married!

2. We were just as shook as the surgeons were when they found out how bad of a shape DeLuca was in.

3. "With a little coffee and a little sunlight, your troubles will get smaller and the world will keep standing." Dr. Webber's advice was advice we all needed to hear.

4. We all wish we had a loyal and understanding friend like Meredith.

5. We had major heart eyes for Harriet Kepner-Avery.

6. Our hearts were broken for Jo when Alex wrongly accused her for not being able to handle a relationship and not knowing the real truth behind it all.

7. We all felt that awkwardness with Meredith when Maggie kept talking about her feelings for Riggs.

8. As much as we didn't want Karev to get arrested, we were also proud of his decision to turn himself in.

9. We're all mad at Meredith for telling Riggs she doesn't have feelings for him when we all know she lowkey does.

"The past is written, we can't change it. What's done is done. But the future is ours to choose, for better or worse." -Meredith Grey.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
