Wake up, drink some green tea, and then work out.

2. May help prevent cancer

Green tea is known as being an incredible antioxidant. Antioxidants are proven to have some effect in preventing cancer. Oxidative damage can lead to the development of cancer. Green tea protects brain cells from dying, and it also restores dying brain cells. Green tea won't prevent Alzheimer's, but it can help delay it.
