1. Weight Loss

Don't you dare pick up any diet pills or supplements that contain ingredients that you have no idea how to pronounce! Obviously, the only way you're going to reach your body goals is to stay active... but can green tea help? Green tea is proven to boost your metabolism and improve physical performance. Wake up, drink some green tea, and then work out.

2. May help prevent cancer

Green tea is known as being an incredible antioxidant. Antioxidants are proven to have some effect in preventing cancer. Oxidative damage can lead to the development of cancer. Oxidative damage is caused by an imbalance between oxygen and the body's ability to process it. Antioxidants help detoxify the body, and prevent oxidative damage.

3. Can reduce your risk of diabetes

I know what you're thinking... "wow, green tea is a magical drink, huh?" But there is even more. Green tea is known to help your insulin sensitivity. Drinking a cup of green tea a day can reduce your risk of getting diabetes.

4. Can delay Alzheimer's

Green tea protects brain cells from dying, and it also restores dying brain cells. Green tea won't prevent Alzheimer's, but it can help delay it.

5. Last but not least... it tastes great

Take a spoonful of honey and mix it in with some green tea and you have a tasty beverage fit for a king. If it tastes good and it's good for your health, why say no? Green tea is the way to go.

The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
