Keep Your GPA Out Of The Toilet With These 5 Tips

We all need a little help sometimes to better our grades. I mean GPA is forever right?

We are at the point of the semester where many people think that boosting your GPA or grades in any form is impossible but I personally think that is a lie. You can totally boost it no matter what time of the year it is. It just might take a little bit more work than originally expected.

Boosting your GPA can be difficult because it is one of those things that fall rather quickly and take a lot longer than expected to pick it up. BUT... never fret! Just implement these tips, do some wishful and hopeful thinking, and just know that you are one smart cookie!

1. Download apps on your laptop & phone that help cut down distractions.

I use these apps all the time and they are so helpful.

2. Sleep more and get a good nights rest (IM SERIOUS)

You can't get good grades when you are constantly yawning, tired, or falling asleep in class. GO TO BED.

3. Ask for help!

I know pride can sometimes get in the way. I know mine does a lot. But honestly asking for help or even just asking clarification questions can make really big differences in your grades very easily.

4. Take a break when needed

My rule of thumb is a 30-minute break for every 1 full, non-distracted hour of studying. I just increase the break by 30 mins each time I spend another hour studying.

5. Be aware of deadlines and time manage them accordingly and appropriately
