Got The Back To School Blues? Not With These Songs!

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the back to school times. Winter break is over, which means you need to get back into things fast. Early mornings, tests, homework—it can feel pretty daunting. Sure, there'll be good times—friends, parties and the occasional crazy night you'll remember for the rest of your life. This playlist isn't for those times though. It's for the times whenyou're staring at a 10 page paper in its blank Word doc. phase. You can make it through the semester! Enjoy!

1. Oops I Did It Again

Sure, it's not about school really, but that schoolgirl uniform is iconic, and this is a definite jam.

2. Eye Of The Tiger

Obvious choice? Absolutely. Great song? Obviously.

3. Girl On Fire

For those moments when you're doubting whether you can do it.

4. Who Says

For those moments when you're not sure about yourself.

5. Super Bass

Let off some steam and rap along. Don't lie. You know all the words.

6. Ain't No Mountain High Enough

If this doesn't scream You can do it! then I don't know what does. Pretend the you in the song is your degree.

7. Here Comes The Sun

This one's to put it all in perspective. You're going to get through this.

8. This Is How We Do It

For when you've survived to another Friday!

Good luck! You're going to be fine!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
