The red carpet at the Golden Globes was filled with a lot of different looks. Here's my recap of the fashion where I give my favorite and least favorite looks different awards.
My Favorite Look Of The Night
KiKi Layne Golden Globes 2019

My favorite look of the night was KiKi Layne in Dior. She wore a light purple chiffon gown which was simple yet elegant. My favorite part of the dress was the open corset bodice, which gave the dress a unique look. Her makeup looked flawless, and she paired the dress with a Bulgari diamond choker and her hair in an up-do. Her look was my favorite because of the simplicity yet elegance.
Most Head-Turning Look Of The Night
Lady Gaga Golden Globes 2019
vanityfair.com
Lady Gaga showed up to the Golden Globes and caught everyone's attention in her Valentino purple blue gown with big puffy sleeves. Although I wasn't the biggest fan of her look, Gaga definitely caught everyone's attention and took a risk by wearing the purple blue shade. Her hair also matched her colorful dress, she died it a frosty blue shade. She paired the dress with a Tiffany diamond encrusted necklace and bracelets to complete the look.
The Perfect Combo of Color and Sparkle
Lupita Nyong'o Golden Globes 2019

Lupita Nyong'o looked stunning in a royal blue sparkly Calvin Klein dress. Her dress was strapless and form-fitting, which showed off her model frame. Her hair was gathered above her shoulders and she paired dangly Bulgari diamond earrings to compliment the sparkles on her dress. Although sparkly and colorful, she was able to pull it off by pairing it with simple accessories.
The Unconventional Approach
Julia Roberts Golden Globes 2019

Julia Roberts took a risk by wearing a Stella McCartney ensemble that was not a dress or pants, but a combo of the two. The top was a tan chiffon material which then cascaded down her back to give the outfit a train in the same material. The top was attached to a black skinny pant. This look was interesting, but it worked. The more I looked at it, the more I loved it. Her hair was curled into beauty waves and she looked stylish and chic.
Simple- But Not Enough Glam
Rachel Brosnahan Golden Globes 2019

Rachel Brosnahan showed up to the red carpet in a yellow Prada dress. Although her look wasn't awful by any means, it wasn't show stopping. Her look didn't have any aspects that made it different or made you want to do a double-take. Her makeup, hair, jewelry, and dress were all simple. To balance her simple dress, she could have done a makeup look with more color, or done her hair differently.
My Least Favorite Look of The Night
Emma Stone Golden Globes 2019
elle.com
As much as I love Emma Stone as an actress, her Louis Vuitton dress was my LEAST favorite of the entire night. She was completely covered in the dress. The dress looked sheer with sparkle scallop shapes all over the dress. Paired with Emma's fair complexion, the dress blended into her skin. The dress also hung off her slim frame, and made it look like it was too big for her body.
