Saint Vincent College is a tiny little college in the small town of Latrobe. It has a student body that is just about 2,000 people. What could anyone possibly see in this small school? Here are some reasons why you would totally hate SVC:

1. The campus is way too pretty.

Ugh, who wants to go to a gorgeous campus that has a ton of photo opportunities and makes you smile every time you see it?

2. All of the buildings are close together or connected.

You mean I don't have to walk a mile to get to class?! But I was so looking forward to that (especially in the winter).

3. The professors get to know you on a personal level.

Getting help with assignments and having teachers who care about you is so far from appealing.

4. There is very little crime on campus.

Are you really getting a full college experience if public safety is constantly driving around and you don't have to fear getting robbed? I don't think so.

5. The Monks.

Monks are totally boring right? They definitely aren't the coolest and funniest people you will ever meet who give great advice. Nah.

In all seriousness, SVC is an amazing school. Every day there is a blessing. All members of the faculty are extremely friendly and want you to have the best college experience possible. You won't find a campus filled with as much love as Saint Vincent College. Whether you are looking for a school to start out with before transferring to a larger campus or looking for your forever education, SVC is an amazing place to do that. Consider joining the Bearcat Nation.
