Pottermore

So many brilliant things have happened over the last few months that have Harry Potter fans leaping for joy. We had the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park opening in California, new Pottermore material on the North American wizarding school, and preparation for a play and a new film.

But it finally happened, the "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" screenplay has been released! If you haven't already done so, throw on your cloaks, grab your wands and go forth and grab a copy of the screenplay. Here is what you'll find while waiting in line at the bookstore.

1. Wands and Cloaks

You'll probably see more adults with wands than children.

2. The pre order club

Ugh, why must I stand in line with the common muggles when I had the sense to reserve my copy!

3. Children who know nothing about waiting

"The Deathly Hallows" was published in 2007! We've been waiting nine years for this moment and we might have gone a little crazy!

4. You get your copy

It finally happened! The book is in your hands and you're ready to scream, faint and cry with pure joy.

5. *For the book nerds

You take a moment to appreciate the binding, the smooth pages and cover art. Then you take a euphoric whiff of that beautiful unsullied print.

6. Binge Read

You can't wait until you get home so you read it on the commute whether it's walking, driving or the bus! (If it's driving be sure to get yourself a good designated driver. Maybe one that owes you for the times that you had to drive them home when they were in a drunken stupor)

7. Some one walks in and says "You're still reading those books?"

Bursts in to tears, screams, sighs etc. The emotional response may vary, but the words remain the same. "Always."

8. You finish the book and aren't sure what to do next

Read it again, it's never too soon. Watch the movies or start from the beginning.

9. I solemnly swear to keep secrets

JK Rowling asks her fans not to spoil the plot of the story for new readers, and we will obey.

10. Plan a trip

"The Cursed Child" play will be performed at the Palace Theater in London, so book a flight and get your tickets while you can.

11. The magic continues

The next film, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," will be released in November, which gives us plenty of time to binge read the books and watch the movies as we wait with impatient anticipation.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.
