10 Gluten-Free Foods From Trader Joe's You HAVE To Try, Whether You're Allergic, Dieting, Or Just Hungry

Being gluten-free whether you have a diet, allergy, or Celiac Disease is not always easy. You have to constantly be conscious and aware of what you eat in order to make sure your body stays healthy.

When I first became gluten-free, although I felt so much better after recognizing I had an allergy, I noticed the amount of food I once loved I could no longer have.

As someone with a gluten intolerance, I have always found Trader Joe's to have the best selection of products.

Below are 10 gluten-free products from Trader Joe's I currently cannot get enough of!

1. Pancakes And Waffles

In my opinion, these two are the realest tasting toaster pancakes and waffles I've ever had since going gluten-free. You can make them in just minutes and they taste amazing.

2. Cauliflower Thins

I have gotten gluten-free cupcakes over the years from so many places, including gluten-free bakeries. These are hands down the best I have ever tried. The little vanilla cupcakes are particularly my favorite! They are the most real tasting cupcakes I have had yet.

4. Bagels

gfchow.

Trader Joe's has one of the widest selections for gluten-free bagels! They have many different kinds including plain, everything, and pumpkin spice.

5. Almond Beverages

Since many people with celiac disease have lactose intolerance, I thought these would be nice to include on the list! I am obsessed with these flavored almond drinks that are super unique to the store.

Since almond milk is easier on my stomach, I love using these to make with instant coffee at home for nice flavoring.

6. Chocolate Chip Cookies

The gluten-free chocolate chip cookies at Trader Joe's are must-haves. For an excellent dessert idea, create an ice cream sandwich with some ice cream and two cookies!

I cannot get enough of this gluten-free frozen pizza Trader Joe's has! It tastes amazing and is a super easy dinner to make.

8. Mochi

If you're in the mood for a perfect and light dessert, you can't go wrong with mochi. You can grab them at Trader Joe's and they are made with gluten-free dough!

Don't waste your time trying to write that paper when there are so many more interesting things you could be doing.

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?

I can barely remember back when I was the only child. Most would say it’s because it is extremely difficult to remember things as a toddler but I would say it's because I was bored until my sister came along. My mother always says how important the "sister bond" is and with every year that passes I realize how right she is. Instead of writing a novel about all of the wonderful things there are about having a sister I decided to list a few of them instead.

It is the time of our lives that we are beginning to enter the adult world and most of us, if not all of us, have no idea what we are doing. It's like starting a video game, but skipping the tutorial. We're all just running around aimlessly hoping we accidentally do something right that moves us along the right path. Now that graduation has just happened, or is right around the corner for some of us, it's time to start thinking about how we are going to take care of ourselves once we are on our own.

If you’re anything like me, you love a good cup of coffee. My coffee always comes from Starbucks; I refuse to drink it from anywhere else. Over the years, it’s become one of my biggest addictions.
