...then later emerging from the homeroom looking like you're about to step onto a runway, is yet another wonder of the performance world.
6. Setting 10 alarms for 3:30 a.m., 3:35 a.m., 3:37 a.m., and so on because you have to be on the bus at an ungodly early hour.
After that lovely, early morning wake up, you have a day jam-packed full of performing, finals and a very long bus ride back home. Goodness me.
7. The choreographer calling out random noises in the music as opposed to the words because they never really know them.
8. Not being allowed to eat or drink any dairy or soda products for one entire week prior to a performance is a super fun

While standing on stage with a group of people you spent months sharing blood, sweat and tears with perfecting one 20 minute show, even the most confident of performers feel the pressure.
This list is comprised of 10 feelings every show choir kiddo knows very, very well. Looking back on the years I spent singing my heart out on stage, they are some of my fondest memories. I would not trade the early mornings and hash browns
