This year one of my resolutions was to stay on top of all my schoolwork and be more productive and organized. In an effort to accomplish that goal I decided it would be a great idea to purchase an agenda. I hadn't used an agenda since my senior year in high school. This whole time I depended on my phone to set reminders and tasks I needed to do every day. I felt like that wasn’t enough I thought the idea of an agenda would definitely help me keep better track of everything. That’s how the journey to search for a perfect agenda began.
I'm not sure if I made it harder than it should've been but I looked everywhere for the perfect agenda. I knew I didn’t want a plain one that I had to decorate because I don’t got time for that. I started watching YouTube videos and after many agenda reviews I finally settled for the agenda I thought suited my lifestyle best. I chose a Jumbo agenda by Lilly Pulitzer and I absolutely love it. I has enough designs to keep me entertained and the cute quotes are definitely a plus. I'm still not very big on décor so I haven't used any of the stickers it came with but I am loving each page of the agenda.
This is the first page of the agenda. It is a double sided page where I store random papers that I might want to view later or just keep in my agenda for future reference.
This is the other side of the double sided page with pockets. The stickers are on of my favorite parts of this agenda. I'll definitely be using them soon.
This page is pretty useless but I still think it's very adorable. I would undoubtedly love it more it is was a map of Texas.
This is my favorite tab in the whole agenda! Can't believe they included several pages where you can plan your next adventure.
Before the calendar overview of the month, there is this beautifully designed page to section off every month. Accompanied by an inspirational quote or something related to the upcoming month.
This is what the overview for each month looks like. I purchased my agenda this January which is why August 2015 through December 2015 are empty. I generally use the to-do section to write things I need to accomplish by the end of the month.
I really like the day by day sections in my agenda. They always give me enough space to write everything I need to do for the day. Occasionally they will add a cool drawing or quote.
Nat's Agenda Tips: Other than organizing homework, study times and other events I must attend. I use my agenda for the following things:
-I write what days I opened a fresh pack of contact lens and when I should change them out.
-Keep track of the days I whitened my teeth on.
-Dates I have to make payments (rent, phone bill, etc.).
-In the very back there is a notes section where I write down cafes, restaurants or any other place people suggest I should visit.
Even though I am extremely satisfied with this planner, I am not 100% certain that I will buy the same one for the next year. That's just because there are several other agendas I really want to try out, at least until I find one I won't trade for anything.
