This will be interesting, and I can't wait to start. Through the summer, I tried working out, but I didn't do it as much as I wanted to. I would miss days, saying I wouldn't have time, or I didn't get enough sleep, whatever. This time, however, I'm ready to stick with it.
I want to do this, not only because it's good for me, but I'm also interested in what happens. I want to see how long it takes my body to get to it's best. I'm also interested in seeing if I can have enough strength to say no to bad foods. It's been tough, but I want to push myself.
This isn't because I care about my health, or because I feel guilty about eating sweets. I just want to give myself a challenge. And it's not like I don't have time for it. My plan is currently to do it for a month. If I go that far, I will extend my goal.
I will keep my audience posted about how I'm doing every week through the Odyssey. If anyone cares, please send prayers and good thoughts my way. Wish me luck! I already can't wait to get started
