The best part of being a creative individual comes from my moments of isolation or silence. Isolation for me does not involve a padded room or closing my eyes for a moment of meditation, but rather my attention drawn to the sounds from my headphones gives me intention and peace. My playlist choice can vary dramatically based on mood, but they each can have the same impact on my artistic work and inward thoughts. Below are ten songs that I have come to love when in moments of isolation.

The best part listening to music while thinking of ideas and concepts is the overwhelming amount of artists out there with songs ready for you to take in. Not everyone will have the same playlist, but the beauty lies in that fact alone.
