5 Ways To Make Your Girl Feel Loved That Costs $0

I am writing this for all my guys out there that want to make their girl happy, but really don't have enough brain capacity to figure out what she wants. You also don't have to break the bank, you don't even have to open your wallet. Take the time to do something simple to make your girl smile.

1. Random texts

Girls. Need. Communication. Period. Even if you just ask how her day is or tell her something sweet about her, it will make her day. You don't have to text all day and know what she ate for each meal, but checking in goes really far.

2. Stop by her house

To ensure this isn't creepy, call her or her roommate first to see what they are doing. But if you know she is staying at home studying or chilling watching movies, stopping by just to see her will make her smile.

3. Tell her where y'all are going to eat rather than go back and forth

It is SEXY when a guy takes control of the dinner situation. I care more about what outfit I need for the date than what we eat. If a guy tells me we are going out at 6 to whatever restaurant....ooooohhhh baby.

4. Post an Instagram photo or story

We might as well all get on board with the fact that girls love Instagram. This seems so dumb and superficial, even to me, but I would love this. A random post gives your girl a boost that you're proud to be with her. Typing this literally makes me cringe because I see how dumb it is and we shouldn't care about this, but we do. Show yo girl off!

5. Affirmations in person

I think that no matter the love language, all ladies love to be affirmed by their man. If y'all are sitting on the couch, casually tell her you love her. Or that she looks pretty. Or that you are glad you are with her. It can be one sentence and it will light her up. Like I said, girls really are not that hard to please.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
