Gilmore GirlsA Year in the Life” debuts on Netflix later this month. Whether you have already watched the Gilmore Girls series once, multiple times, or never, everyone should consider tuning in for the upcoming TV-mini series on Netflix.

Here are six of the best episodes to watch before the new series is released!

1. Season 1 Episode 1 – “Pilot"

Being the first episode of the series, it explains the backgrounds of the characters and the basic plot line for the series. You are given a first glance at what life as a Gilmore entails.

2. Season 4 Episode 22 – “Raincoats and Recipes”

This episode brings out many different emotions. The main characters all have a plot twist in their lives, leaving you wondering what will happen next.

3. Season 5 Episode 3 – “Written in the Stars”

After relationship confusion between two of the main characters, this episode finally answers many of the questions that left you hoping things would end up working out, the way you had hoped. Rory is also introduced to a new friend who could possibly play a large role in her life.

4. Season 5 Episode 13 – “Wedding Bell Blues”

This marks the 100th episode in the series and it is celebrated by a wedding. Love is in the air with many of the characters, unfortunately not everyone is lucky with their love.

5. Season 6 Episode 13 – “Friday Night’s Alright for Fighting”

Lorelai is facing big decisions in her life and it becomes more complicated when a new character arrives and explains her relationship to one of the main characters. The drama grows during a Friday night dinner at Emily and Richard’s house.

6. Season 7 Episode 22 – “Bon Voyage”

The season finale brings joy, and sadness to all the characters. Rory is offered a job, but has to leave sooner than she expected. The town of Stars Hollow wishes her well by putting together a farewell party.

I would highly recommend watching the entire series because there is too much drama to explain in one article. We are all #blessed because the whole series is available on Netflix. It's now time for you to start binge watching!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
