Okay, now this article is a continuation of my article about God giving us struggles. The emotions and feelings are still fresh in our bodies. Sometimes you may even shed tears, other times you just feel upset and have to get your mind off it. However, now you’re getting back to the real world. It’s time to get up, brush yourself off, and move forward. However, in this article, I’m going to be talking about how to deal with a death of a relative, someone that you know, or someone that you look up.

This is a tough step because now you have to hide your emotions. Putting on a fake smile to hide the pain that lingers. Especially going back to your routine, and getting back to what you do and seeing your friends or coworkers. You start to look for motivation. Whether it’s quotes, pictures, hobbies, or walking in nature.

Again it’s not easy but really you have to live your life and not let this distract you. Okay, distract isn’t the best word, but you have to stay focused on what you’re doing. It’s okay to think about what could have been especially if that person was young and your best friend. It is very difficult, however, this isn’t the end and I know you will see them again. Life is meant to be lived to the fullest and is a precious gift from God. Sometimes things go awry but again God knows what he is doing.

Some people actually do a good job coping with this others do not. There’s nothing wrong with that it’s just how you are. Even though this may seem so bad that it clouds your day, I can guarantee that they are looking over you. Even if it was a relative, they are forever with you through your family. As of now all you can do is remember them and keep them in your thoughts and hearts to help keep their legacy alive.

Life can be very rough, but you have to keep you head up every step of the way. Everything will be fine in the end. Like I said God will always be with us and guiding us through this journey called life. He will never let us down a different path nor will ever steer us wrong. He loves us so much and all we have to do is believe and trust in Him. Especially in times like these, Trust in Him for he knows what’s best for us. As we grow, things change, we may change but God’s love for us will never change.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. These are eleven thoughts that I have as a writer while writing my stories.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
