In college, it's easy to lose yourself in your studies and social life, ignoring all your physical needs of going to the gym and eating healthy. But there comes a point when you get tired of feeling endlessly tired and food that once tasted so heavenly doesn't seem to have the same effect anymore. Your body begins to crave a change. So, if you're smart, you listen to that craving and decide to get your butt back to the gym and move your grocery cart away from the sweets aisle. Sounds easy enough, right? Not entirely. There's definitely a rough transition process.
1. You try to ignore the signs that you need to get back into shape ASAP.
2. But you decide to workout for an hour and then you feel like you already lost 20 pounds.
3. But then you get on the scale and see that somehow you actually gained weight.
4. And the hunger that you experience after your workout makes you feel like a wild animal searching for prey.
5. In the beginning, your transition is almost comical.
6. You decide to follow a ton of fitness pages on Instagram for inspiration.
7. Then you realize that you are nothing like the professionals who work out for a living and you begin to lose all hope in yourself.
8. And after you follow the workouts that you find on social media, your body feels like a rubber band.
9. But slowly, you start to see yourself improving in the gym and the kitchen.
10. And nothing can beat when you meet your weekly goal and feel unstoppable.
