For some of us, spring break is approaching, and we need to prepare for our festivities. Here are six ways you can get healthy for spring break!

1. Drink A TON of water!

Water is so important for so many areas of your body. It keeps your body, skin, and hair hydrated, which is so essential for looking fresh and youthful! To make it fun and flavored, just add fruit.

2. Eat your fruit and veggies

Fruits and vegetables are one of the easiest snacks to have. They also have tons of fiber, which helps maintain a healthy weight. Put them in smoothies or juices, or pair them with yogurt or hummus!

3. Exercise!

If you don't like going to the gym, there are other forms of exercise that you can do to stay healthy. Going for a walk or hike is a great way to get exercise and enjoy the outdoors.

4. Drink green tea

Green tea is an amazing beverage full of health benefits. It aids in fat loss while keeping you hydrated. It also remedies a number of diseases.

5. Get your rest

Sleep is arguably one of the greatest benefits for your health. It affects you physically and mentally. When you get your rest, you perform better and feel your best. Get enough sleep for those restless spring break nights!

6. Keep up on your Vitamin C

Vitamin C helps to fight off the common cold and protect your immune system. You can get vitamin C in a variety of foods, such as oranges and broccoli. You don't want to get sick and miss out on the fun of spring break!

Don't look at being healthy as a daunting task. Make it a part of your everyday life and it will be a piece of cake!
