Working out is one of the toughest things to do. There are always a million other things you could be doing instead: sleeping, eating, studying, eating, sleeping- in that order. But a very important aspect of life is taking care of our bodies, because we only get one. And thus, working out is kinda a requirement for life. Here are 14 quotes to get you off the couch and moving:

1. "Wake up with determination. Go to bed with satisfaction."

2. "You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great."

3. "The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do."

4. "There is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs."

5. "You only fail when you stop trying."

6. "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you."

7. "If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up."

8. "A year from now you will wish you had started today."

9. "Suffer the pain of discipline or the suffer the pain of regret."

10. "Be stronger than your strongest excuse."

11. "Suck it up now so you don't have to suck it in later."

12. "The body achieves what the mind believes."

13. "Don't quit. You're already in pain. You already hurt. Get a reward from it."

14. "It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing. It takes 8 weeks for your friends and family. It takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world. Keep going!"

You'll always have some excuse to not go and get active. In reality, however, it doesn't take that much to put in just one hour a day. Most people do even less than that. No matter how little you do, get out there and do something.

Dear High School Friend Group,

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever. It all has happened so fast.

Oh college, we can’t live with you, but we can’t live without you. It’s a love/hate relationship, really. College is an experience that no one can ever prepare you for, and maybe that’s a good thing. You never really expect any of the things that college encompasses until you are there. College is fun, but don’t have too much fun. C’s get degrees, but they don’t get you into graduate school.

Blair Waldorf

The "Gossip Girl" series may be over, but Blair Waldorf's iconic character lives in our hearts forever. Blair was the queen of the Upper East Side, and a character you either loved or hated. She taught us everything we needed to know about life, love and of course, how to score a Chuck Bass. So the next time you feel a bit lost and are in need of guidance, look no further than to the Queen B herself.

As I spend my Sunday avoiding my homework and other adult responsibilities, I realized that I've watched this series over and over about a million times. Sadly, there isn't a Blair quote I don't know, so I came up with a list of a few favorites. You know you love her...xoxo
