Life is stressful.

Instead of binge-eating junk food or having one too many at the bar try opting for something healthy like exercising. Exercise not only boost your mood, but it gives you an outlet to relieve stress and take your mind off of work or school. Unfortunately we don't all have the bank accounts to get a gym membership and that shouldn't be the determining factor on whether you workout or not.

Here are four ways you can get a killer workout without burning a hole in your pocket.

1. YouTube.

There are thousands of fitness gurus trying to get their start in the health and fitness industry. While they are perfecting their brand and technique, they upload tons of full workout videos looking for feedback. The videos range from yoga to kickboxing. All you have to do is search for what you are looking for and clear out a space in your living room.

2. Apartment Complex Gym.

If your paying for something, why not use it to your full advantage? A majority of apartment communities come with amenities such as a pool and a fitness center. Check it out one day and see what it has to offer. It may be small in size, but it can get the job done. If your in college, take full advantage of the campus fitness center.

3. Download an App or Two.

The App Store can be a magical place full of new and upcoming trends. It's also home to hundreds of fitness app from popular brands like Nike and some of your favorite personal trainers. The best part about it is that there are a ton of free apps. Each app is different but comes with cool features such as personalized workouts, videos and a community to chat with people who share the same goals as you.

4. Mother Nature.

Florida is full of fun and unique nature trails and parks, so grab a friend and explore. You can walk or bike while sight seeing your way to better health. Just make sure you bring water and bug spray.

You don't need money or a fancy gym membership to get a killer workout. All it takes is some motivation and dedication.
