This fall grab a date or grab a group and take advantage of the fall fair and festival season. Everyone is celebrating the weather finally cooling off, and what better way to do that than events made around fun and memories? Georgia offers a whole wide variety of experiences and fun events that everyone can enjoy.

Cumming Country Fair & Festival

Cumming Fairgrounds
Oct 6-16th

Cumming Fairgrounds is basically all you could want out of a fair experience. Not only are there tons of rides to choose from, but there are different attractions each day. There is a beauty pageant, live music a petting zoo, and much more.



Annual Taste of Atlanta

Midtown Atlanta
Oct 21-23, 2016

This three day food event will satisfy your taste buds. There is food and fun from over 90 restaurants, so come hungry!


Georgia National Fair

Perry, GA

October 6 - 16, 2016

With just about anything you could ask for, Georgia National Fair has it all. This fair gets bigger and better each year, including performances from The Band Perry and Lynyrd Skynyrd

Sunflower Festival

Stockbridge, GA

This festival is a definite if you love sunflowers. Not only is that one of the main attractions, but it is the perfect backdrop for fall photos. Along with the sunflowers, there is a pumpkin patch, vendors, crafts, music, food, and it is family friendly!


North GA State Fair

Marietta, GA

September 22nd-October 2nd

Sea lion splash, rides, funnel cakes, music, and a petting zoo. How much more fun can it get?



Owl-O-Ween Hot air balloon festival

Kennesaw, GA

October 22nd and 23rd

You don't want to miss this amazing hot air balloon show that is put on around the Kennesaw State campus. It is super unique and built for entertainment and amazement.

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
