11 Signs You're Obsessing Over Someone New

There are a lot of cool people in this world. And sometimes you happen upon a pretty neat one. And then you become obsessed with them. And here's what happens.

(Explained by Parks and Rec GIFs because, well, I'm obsessed with that too.)

1. You want to talk to them all the time.

All of the time. Especially 1AM.

2. You act like you know everything about them.

Despite the fact that you've talked to them maybe twice in your life.

3. You get that shy grin any time you see them.

Because LOOK that's your PERSON!

4. You jokingly make them your phone lock screen.

And then keep it.

5. You overshare personal details about your life.

They know the weirdest things about you. Including what your third cousin did at your birthday party six years ago. You know, that story. Yeah, they know about it.

6. You think everything they say is awesome.

You hang on to every word. Even if it's irrelevant or makes no sense.

7. You live for their Snapchats.

Look at their big, silly face. Aren't they great?

8. You introduce them to everyone you know.

Even to someone else you just met. They need to know about this awesome person.

9. You have to emphasize to your friends that, no, you aren't in love with them.

Even if you talk about them all of the time and want to spend every second with them. You are not in love. Well, not romantically.

10. You start having inside jokes.

They make no sense to the outside world, but that's the beauty of it. You know you're finally "in".

11. You actually spend time together and you become best friends.

Or they run away screaming because you've totally creeped them out.

You never know who will come into your life. Enjoy your person and remember that there are cool people in this crazy world. Cool people that you think about all the time.

10 Truths About Being In A Sorority

(For Girls Who Are Interested In Greek Life)

Sorority
Rebekah Lee

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
