Funniest Lyrics Of All Time

Song writers are an extremely talented group of people, but there were a few times when the choices of the words they strung together to add into their song made me question how they were able to publish it.

1. “Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Saturday to Sunday.” - I Got A Feeling, Black Eyed Peas

Actually, even better;

2. "It's Friday, Friday; gotta get down on Friday. Everybody's lookin' forward to the weekend, weekend; Friday, Friday." - Friday, Rebecca Black

Waiting for her to release a days of the week song.

3. "Kickin' in the front seat. Sittin' in the back seat. Gotta make my mind up, which seat can I take?" - Friday, Rebecca Black

She's a lyrical genius. No discussion needed.

Okay, sorry Rebecca Black, I'm done. You just made it too easy.

4. "Cake" x 1,000,000,000 - Birthday Cake, Rhianna

Maybe Rhianna never was allowed to have cake when she was younger, so she's letting loose and taking it out with moist sugary goodness via song lyrics.

5. "The square root of 69 is eight something, right? Cause I’ve been tryna work it out." - What's my Name, Drake

Drizzy, Drizzy, Drizzy; maybe a math tutor on the tour would be a good life choice.

6. "Mr. WorldWide." - Pitbull in any song he ever made

7. "Nants ingonyama bagithi Baba Sithi uhm ingonyama." - The Circle of Life, The Lion King

Who am I kidding, that line is brilliant; no one even knows how to pronounce it. Absolute genius, Disney is.

8. "That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name/That’s not my name!" That's not my name, The Ting Tings

Then... what is your name?

9. "I mix your milk with my Cocoa Puff/Milky, milky cocoa/Mix your milk with my Cocoa Puff." - My Humps, The Black Eyed Peas

Great breakfast cereal, terrible choice of song lyrics.

10. "I really, really, really, really, really, really like you." - I Really Like You, Carly Rae Jepsen

"Do you like me?"

11. "No, I really, really, really, really like him." - Carly Rae Jepsen, as a preteen, about her boyfriend

12. "Do you ever feel like a plastic bag?" - Katy Perry, Firework

This would really work if we could put headphones on some plastic shopping bags and see how meaningful this song is to them.

13. “And everyone in line in the bathroom. Trying to get a line in the bathroom." -We Can’t Stop, Miley Cyrus

Relatable. very, very, relatable. I wonder if she just really had to go to the bathroom while in the recording studio and they wouldn't let her out until she sang another verse.

14. "What rhymes with hug me?" - Blurred Lines, Robin Thicke

15. "I'm trying to give Halle Berry a baby, and no one can stop me" - Drake, Versace

I bet Drake was great at secret santa.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

eye roll

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

While this question trend can get annoying, there are a couple of pros to having RBF.

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
