We all get bored during the summer... it's inevitable.

It's finally the time we've all been counting down to... the last day of the semester!!!

The first few days you're probably sitting around, sorting out what you've abandoned. After those few days to get organized, you don't have much planned. Now what? All the time you've devoted to school is now empty and you're home and you're bored. I run into this every summer where I'm bored out of my mind and seem to have nothing better to do than stare up at my ceiling, which isn't the exact definition of "fun." But, I can guarantee that we've all been there.

Here's a list of all the fun things you can do that don't involve sitting around and watching Netflix.

1. Read

2. Go to the movies

3. Get coffee or ice cream with a friend

4. Study for a grad school prep test

5. Go shopping

6. Get an internship

7. Go to the gym

8. Go camping

9. Plan a short road trip

10. Visit a museum

11. Walk around your nearest downtown city

12. Go to a concert

13. Have a water gun/water balloon fight with friends

14. Paint or do crafts

15. Re-organize your room

16. Take a hike

17. Go kayaking

18. Visit a pick-your-own farm

19. Go bowling

20. Learn to do yoga

21. Volunteer

22. Start a DIY project

23. Learn to fish

24. Go to a zoo
